Day 21

This morning I woke up feel wonderful. Had my shot of yummy goodness to get me going then I made myself my morning shake and added greens from It Works. That was soooo yummy! Then I went on to shower and get dresses and now let me tell you I LOVE the fact that I am loosing weight and getting healthier but when I put close on and my fiancé looks at me and asks who are you. Then follows it up with you look amazing. It gets me more and more excited about what my results will be on day 30. I feel amazing and I am even starting to see the transformation in my body. My clothes fit different even my rings on my finger are starting to get bigger. 

Arms Around My Waist!!!

Today marks a great day in my journey..my fiancé was able to walk up behind me today and completely wrap his arms around my waist. He was even able to wrap his arms around me and interlock his fingers together and rest his hands on my stomach. He hasn't been able to do that at all since we got together 4 1/2 years ago. He always had to rest his hands on my stomach and was never able to interlace his fingers together. NOW HE CAN!!! We were both excited this morning with these results. I can't wait for more results like this!!
